Our leadership team has decades of experience and pride themselves on working with NSG long term to deliver quality relationships with our clients. Many of them have worked their way up through the company, learning the ins/outs of the business and the clients. Our team learns first hand how to manage teams and develop solutions that are specific to each customer's needs.
Erik Kruze
President
As the hands-on owner of NSG, Erik Kruze oversees the long-term vision of the company and is actively involved in contract negotiation, quality control and customer service. Erik is the second-generation leader since 2017 and has held many roles at NSG in his 25+ years of service.
Mike Pedersen
Vice President
Mike Pedersen has oversight of the retention and growth strategy for NSG. Mike assesses and helps build KPIs, processes and procedures that drive customer and employee satisfaction and retention. He is Six Sigma, Green Belt Certified with over 25 years of operations management experience.

Mike oversees the day-to-day operations of the janitorial management team including scheduling, discipline and customer satisfaction. He has 14 years of experience in floor care and 8 years of janitorial management experience. He is a trusted and collaborative leader for employees and customers alike.
Lexi Taylor
Security General Manager
Lexi oversees the day-to-day operations of the security team including scheduling, coaching and account performance. Her previous experience includes developing and analyzing KPIs to drive overall capability. She is focused on meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.

Jerell has been a key part of the NSG team for almost a decade, overseeing payroll, payables, and accounting with precision and expertise.
